In January 2007, Resthaven announced that a property at Aberfoyle Park, a former Onkaparinga Council Depot, had been recently purchased. Plans were underway to beautify and develop the site for a residential aged care facility, with development subject to successful funding outcomes in the Aged Care Approvals Round for aged care accommodation places.
