2014

In 2014, a cohort of recently graduated Registered Nurses (RNs) completed Resthaven’s first Transition to Professional Practice Program (TPPP), which was delivered with support from project partners Helping Hand and ECH. The Resthaven TPPP aims to provide mentoring and practical support to graduate RNs as they transition into a professional aged care environment, building confidence in their skills, and enabling them to provide high quality care to older people.
