The Resthaven Excellence Awards, a new workforce recognition program to celebrate and reward employee and volunteer achievements, was held in March 2024.
More than 1,100 nominations were received (nearly half from consumers and/or their representatives), resulting in the recognition of 60 finalists and the awarding of eight staff/volunteers.
Of the new award recognition program, Board President Mark Porter said:
‘It was both innovative and creative, a new way of recognising staff who live out Resthaven’s values in their daily work.’
