On 21 November, the Shapley Wing at Resthaven Leabrook was officially opened. A cavalcade of Resthaven's history was presented by young people, followed by a square dance on the lawns. These activities and the memorable fêtes were, despite the occasional criticism, a sign of the support of Church members.
